Is there no customer service department that can help?
To Whom It May Concern:
I am a volunteer for American Youth Soccer Association; I signed up with a free email account with yahoo.com to help coordinate ayso’s other volunteers. I have had problems sending emails out. i.e. not able to send at all at times. My new issue is; upon attempting to log in I receive a message telling me that my account has been deactivated due to a violation. It does not tell me what the violation is. I called customer support to sign this email account up to your paid yearly subscription and was told they could do nothing to help me until my account was reactivated. I was also told I could talk to no one about this issue, I could only send an email. After sending the email I received a response referring me to another place to send an email but it happens to be the wrong issue. Is there no customer service department that can help? My volunteer job depends greatly on a working email account. Please let me know if yahoo can help me with this issue or not?
Yahoo does not provide live customer service for their free email. If yahoo is not allowing you to setup an account to your liking, then go to any one of the other sites that offers free email. For instance: hotmail, gmail, netscape, aol, etc.
