What is the best position for the creek on my bike?
I know that the bar is placed over the pedal axle front / rear, but What about left to right: I have a hard time keeping my knees to the top tube, I wonder if moving the blocks side-by-side to help me maintain a better position? If not, good advice to help with the position of the knee?
